CANCELLATION POLICY
📌Booking Policy To respect both your time and mine, please review the following before booking: • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment: – $5 for services under $20 – $10 for services under $40 – $15 for services $40 and up ✅ This goes toward your service total ✨Need to reschedule?✨ 📌Cancellation Policy: • 24+ hrs notice → Deposit transfers to your next appointment. • Cancels within 24 hrs → 25% fee of total service applies (this helps cover the time reserved for you). • No-shows → Booking system will charge a no-show fee (percentage of service) to cover lost time. ✅ Your deposit will always be applied to your service total when you attend. ✨ Late Arrival Policy ✨ At Perlas.Serenity.Studio, I value both my time and yours. A 9-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. - If you arrive more than 9 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited. - The same grace period applies to me. If I am ever running behind by more than 9 minutes, you will receive a discount or credit toward your service as an acknowledgment of your time. • Cash is preferred; a $3 fee applies to card or digital payments through GlossGenius.
